The letter: do not skimp both form and substance

The cover letter is a document that accompanies the complete and should not be a repetition of the CV, or substitute for career summary.

There are two types of letter. The answer to an advertisement or an unsolicited application sent to a company of your choice. In both cases, it is necessary to draft a comprehensive and fluid while giving special attention to both form than content.

The form

The application letter should consist of a single page of A4 size white paper of good quality. Often typed, handwritten if the recruiter is required but not photocopied. We always sign by hand.

Write short, clear sentences, paragraphs, separated by a space at each change of heart. The deletions, markers are prohibited, as well as spelling, grammar or syntax. The bottom

The cover letter should present your knowledge in a few lines about the company and what you can give it and why you want to do carrière.Résumez your career in a nutshell. You must select a few points of your resume and put them in perfect alignment with the content of the letter. These elements of the CV will authenticate the qualities that you could express in a purely theoretical: team spirit, vitality, mobility, communication ... etc..

Mention your qualifications accurately and diverted. Say "my studies in marketing have given me the perseverance" rather than saying "I am persistent." Conclude by offering your services and showing how they can be useful to the company.

Be sure to end in mind your goal: get an interview.
