Statistics show that about 75% of people working today are unhappy with their current job. A major reason is because their talents are wasted because they do not apply to positions they occupy.
This is quite a problem. You have to work really long hours for you to get out. The paths to promotion may be blocked. You can grow whatever you want because of the idea that people have of you, your experience, or your job performance.
Perhaps a little personal growth will help solve this problem. You should know how to appreciate your job if you want to succeed in life.
If you're always late for work, this could be the reason for your dismissal.
Why do not you try to wake up earlier if you are still sitting in traffic jams, try another way. Work on your habits will help you succeed.
There may be unfair criticism to you. There may be too much politics or dirty tricks, you must grease the right leg to move forward. Employment could just not be what you had hoped. You were promised one thing, but it turned into another.
What you should do about the dirty tricks is to always retain your temper at the right level. Do not try to argue with your colleagues otherwise it will be a reason to be returned.
You must find the root of what is causing your dissatisfaction with what you are and what you do now. The best method is the "5 Why"? Ask five times, "Why?".
Why?
"Oh, I'm not happy."
Why?
"Because I did not get the long-awaited promotion. "
Why?
"Because they did not like the project I was working on. "
Why?
"Because management changed and they changed the objectives. "
Why?
And so on.
You will get a kind of descent into the root cause and find the real problem.
Once you have decided on a change - that's where the fun stuff begins. How about finding another job or change careers completely?
There is another way of looking at things, the 10 main reasons which show that you need a new job. It's like a Top Ten of the students. They are a bit ironic, but there's a bit of truth in each.
1. Your expenses exceed your income. All you need to earn more money.
2. The most important thing you did this week was sharpen your pencils 12 the same length.
3. You are often reluctant to talk about your career or your job.
4. Everyone in your workgroup has received an increase except you.
5. You were late for work three times this week, but you do not care.
6. There's a meeting at 3 am about the upcoming reorganization, but you are not invited.
7. Your boss always forget your name.
8. Do you dream all day long to become a forest ranger (or whatever).
9. Your company was recently acquired and you spent two weeks to worry about being fired. After that, you were worried about not having been.
10. You only have purely professional contacts with colleagues.
Remember, finding a new job is really hard these days. So before you decide to look for another job, always resolve your problems with your current job.
Personal development will really help in this.
Concentrate on your mind and your emotions!
