Benefit from full exemption from council tax

Life becomes more and more expensive. However, certain conditions may allow you to enjoy total exemption from the tax. Will you be one of those lucky recipients this year?

People with low incomes are eligible for office, without having to make special efforts, a total exemption of housing tax, provided it is their main residence.

Conditions:

a) You must be on the 1st January of the tax year, or be the holder of the supplementary allowance (formerly called National Solidarity Fund SNF)
b) or 60 years old and not subject to the solidarity tax on wealth (ISF) in the previous year,
c) the holder of the allocation or disabled adult,
d) or disabled or infirm, unable to sustain the work for you,
e) or widowed, whatever your age and not liable to wealth tax year.

f) Your resources must not exceed certain limits (set in 2005 for the city to 7417 euros for the first part of the family quotient and increased by 1981 euros for each half from additional (*). This limit is not required for holders of the supplementary allowance (FNS)

These individuals must also occupy their principal residence on the 1st January of the tax year:

- Either alone or alone
- Either with their spouse,
- Either with their dependents, for the calculation of income tax,
- Or with people themselves holders of the supplementary allowance.
