The best way to get their attention is to be brief and be gone. They have to want more - which is just what you expect. Put these seven secrets of a Letter 'Short and Cool' in practice and make your phone ring next week:
1.Écrivez a letter of application that fits on one page - MAX-three paragraphs in total!
2.Laissez lots of white space in your letter by creating generous margins and leaving the double spaces between paragraphs.
3.Use fleas and figures when appropriate. This allows a simple scan.
4.Commencez the first sentence of each paragraph in bold to attract the reader's attention.
5.Créez paragraphs containing three to four well-written sentences. Convey your passion and enthusiasm for the idea of an interview for the position.
6.Imprimez the letter and scan it to make sure you look 'simple eyes'. Remember: less is better.
7.Demandez clearly and directly an opportunity to be interviewed!
