The holidays are an integral part of the life of a company since it works with human resources. Such leave, if possible integrated in overall business planning may vary depending on the type of event and the reason for the absence. Their duration also varies, and this, according to the employee's seniority and collective agreements in force within the company.
In the professional world, there is what we call "conventional holiday." Five types of leave are that category.
