The sales agreement or promise of sale indenture

Sign a sales agreement should not be done lightly, given that it contains financial covenants that may be burdensome for non-compliance.

But the compromise also has advantages for the buyer who is not negligible: within 7 days of withdrawal, which allows you to block a deal on a favorite, but then think clearly, suspensive clauses conventional (non-receipt of credits) but watch out for possible answers.

By the letter of the prefect in the contract, we could not plead ignorance of the fact, and if we had not insisted on a copy before, under pressure, we would be assigned. We won the trial that followed.
Be very careful, the blow of heart should not turn into a nightmare, but a written and signed binding on you heavily.
