What are the conditions of the prior offer of credit?

The preliminary offer of credit (OPC) is a document issued in duplicate to the borrower by the financial institution, which defines the terms and features of the proposed credit. (Consumer credit, personal credit, car loans ...)

It also allows the borrower to compare the conditions of the loan with various credit agencies to which it would have made the request.

The preliminary offer of credit must contain:

* The identity and address of the borrower
* The name and address of the lender
* The nature and purpose of credit
* Repayment terms: loan period and periodicity
* The date of the first deadline
* The amount to be repaid
* The costs of any credit insurance
* The Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

The conditions of the UCI are valid for a minimum period of 15 days.

The borrower has a withdrawal period of 14 days (legal) enabling it to cancel after signing his contract.
