What is it?

A victim who encounter difficulties in implementing the obligations imposed on the condemned him (on his compensation or other obligations such as prohibition of contact for example) may apply to JUDEVI.

The Judevi can be entered either by the President of the High Court to preside over the hearings of the criminal court remand ruling only on the civil interests, or by any victim following the delivery of a trial or as part of an alternative measure prosecution of claims.
