Real estate in Senegal problem area?

Inflation in an atmosphere where the scarcity of supply gives speculators a good flexibility, real estate in Senegal could be seen as growing as many transactions are made.

Indeed, the land is probably one of the areas where it is still possible to make huge profits, so it's sometimes the price of gold that are selling the land, given that most vendors acquire the and left fallow for several years before the return of the market to sell to the highest bidder. Especially since in practice it is usually the buyer who offers a price and therefore the owner has to wait one who "has the most need and will make a best offer."
